General Advice: I would say the biggest advice I have for the class is put your best effort into the work you are given and follow the instructions thoroughly. Sometimes it can be hard to stay focused in class and try on the assignments, but it's important that you follow the instructions and do the work, as it can give you a better understanding for the AP exam. In this class, you focus more on writing and reading in Spanish, so it is important to have a good understanding in grammar. Therefore, keep up with Spanish terms; this can also better your writing skills. In writing, it is beneficial to include high-level words and transitional words especially. The glossary at the end of the AP Spanish: preparing for the language and culture examination book by José M. Díaz gives you a lot of Spanish terms to look at. In addition, it can be helpful to watch Spanish shows or media in order to develop listening skills. Also, it can benefit you if you read different Spanish texts to better your comprehension skills. For example, BBC mundo has different news articles in Spanish, which can help you develop your reading skills ( writing summaries on these can help you assess your reading skills). Ultimately, as long as you try hard in this class, you should be good.
