Material Advice: -Algebra 2 Texas Edition textbook by Rinehart and Winston Holt (has all your hw and lessons) -Slader (to check your answers) General Advice: Personally my teachers didn’t teach me much, I did all the learning myself. For this class you need to simply follow the textbook. Whatever module you’re on, the textbook has all the definitions and some examples to help you learn the content. So just go through and read all the info before you start doing the hw. Once you have done the hw you can check it using slader. Do not use slader (photomath or mathway or any of those websites) to copy down all the answers. Trust me, algebra 2 is the foundation for math classes beyond it so you’re going to want to actually know the material if you plan on taking more math. The tests and quizzes progressively get harder throughout the year so make sure you know your formulas as that’s a big part in algebra 2. If you fail anything or don’t understand go to tutorials, email your teacher, do whatever you need to do but try to understand what you got wrong or don’t know.
