General Advice:
-Don't overwork yourself! This will be one of the first Advanced class you take coming into highschool, so don't be too overwhelmed. Take it one by one and it'll all work out
-Time Management. Know how to manage your assignments. By doing this, you're not only benefiting in this class, but also picking up good habits to use as you get older and proceed into harder classes
-Ask questions! Students and teachers are typically more open in English classes, so take advantage of asking questions if you don't understand or want to clarify something. These questions could also help another students so you'll both benefit. Don't be shy!
-Do the assignments right away. By doing assignments right when they are given, you are not only getting ahead, but you are giving yourself the opportunity to have extra time to attend tutorials and ask your teacher what needs to be done to make it better. Especially if this is an essay, make sure you ask the teacher for extra help
